My goal in life is to be helpful and useful to others.
I have found that being a massage therapist is the most direct way in which I can reach this goal.
My treatments aim to relax, revive, and heal both body and soul. Physical health and mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being are of equal importance and, in my practice, none of those are left wanting.

Choose the length of your session
Together we'll choose one of the following:
Swedish massage, where I use a slower pace and lighter pressure
Sports massage, involving manipulation of muscles & soft tissue
Myofascial release, which promotes healing and reduces pain
Deep tissue massage, where I would use firm pressure to release tight layers of muscles
Remedial treatment, which includes a range of massage techniques from deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports massage therapy
